Delete your Calyn data

Calyn by Cha.AI has no accounts. The little data we keep is tied to an anonymous ID for your phone.

How to ask

1. In Calyn, open Settings and copy the ID under Registered as.
2. Email it to [email protected] with the subject “Delete my data”.

We’ll delete it within 30 days and reply when it’s done.

What’s deleted

Your phone’s registration (country, app version, the IP address it last registered from, the settings you’ve turned on and when you accepted the privacy policy), its device token, and your usage counts and free-quota records.

What we don’t keep

Your photos, text, links and calendar events. They’re processed to create your events and never stored. Your events are in your own Google, Apple or Outlook calendar, and you can delete them there.

Afterwards

If you keep using Calyn, your free quota starts fresh.
